Contact and Support

Get the right StagLingo help without losing context.

Choose the route that matches your license and question. Use My Account for active Premium technical support, or prepare an email for Free support, pre-sales, and general contact.

Premium support

Keep the ticket connected to the license.

Active Premium customers should sign in to My Account and use the Support area. The portal links the request to the purchased product and gives the ticket a continuing support history.

  • Sign in with the email address used during checkout.
  • Select StagLingo and choose the closest technical issue category.
  • Describe one reproducible problem per ticket whenever possible.
  • Attach screenshots or sanitized diagnostics when they help show the issue.
Email support

Prepare the details before sending.

Use this builder for Free support, general contact, and pre-sales questions. It creates a structured draft addressed to hello@stagatlast.com.

Nothing is submitted through this page. Selecting “Prepare support email” opens the visitor's configured mail application. If no mail application opens, email the address above directly.
Attachments can be added after the email draft opens.
A useful support request

Show the smallest complete version of the problem.

A precise report makes it easier to distinguish a StagLingo defect from source content, TranslatePress state, caching, an AI-provider response, or another part of the site.

01

Identify the screen

Name the StagLingo tab, workflow, button, or job where the result appeared.

02

List exact steps

Describe the shortest repeatable path from the starting state to the unexpected result.

03

Separate expected and actual

State what you expected StagLingo to do and what it did instead.

04

Include versions

Add StagLingo, WordPress, PHP, and TranslatePress versions when the issue is technical.

05

Use safe evidence

Attach a screenshot, sanitized diagnostic result, or relevant error text without credentials.

06

Use one primary issue

Keep unrelated failures in separate requests so each result can be verified and closed clearly.

Support scope

Support covers StagLingo itself.

A StagLingo support request can investigate whether the plugin is behaving as documented. It does not transfer responsibility for the rest of the WordPress site or third-party services.

Within scope

StagLingo product behavior

  • StagLingo installation, updates, activation, and license movement.
  • Documented StagLingo screens, settings, and Free or Premium feature access.
  • StagLingo Export, Review Export, Import, Incremental, Auto Translation, Scoring, Index Control, History, and Diagnostics behavior.
  • Reproducible errors generated by StagLingo and suspected defects in its code.
  • Clarification of the documented workflow and the meaning of StagLingo statuses or warnings.
Outside scope

Site operation and third-party work

  • General WordPress, hosting, database, page-builder, theme, caching, or server administration.
  • TranslatePress support that is not caused by StagLingo.
  • AI-provider accounts, billing, quotas, model availability, outages, or API-key creation.
  • Translation, rewriting, proofreading, localization, or SEO review of the user's content.
  • Custom development, custom integrations, unrelated plugin conflicts, or third-party bug fixes.
  • Traffic, indexing, ranking, revenue, translation-score, or compatibility guarantees.
Interaction issues: if another plugin appears in the same failure, support can examine whether StagLingo is involved. Fixing or configuring the third-party product remains outside StagLingo support.
Eligibility and timing

License status changes how new tickets are handled.

Free users can email Stag at Last. Active Premium licenses include human product support. Expiration removes access to new Premium support tickets without deleting existing site content.

Free

Email support

Free users may report StagLingo issues by email. Requests are handled on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed response time.

Premium active

New tickets accepted

An active Premium license includes human support for StagLingo-related technical questions and reproducible product issues.

Premium expired

No new Premium tickets

An already-open ticket may continue to resolution, but a new Premium support request requires an active license.

1 day

The target for the first response to an eligible Premium request is within one day. This is a response target, not a guarantee that every technical problem will be resolved within one day. Complex reproduction or testing may require follow-up.

Share only what is needed

Evidence should help reproduce the issue, not expose the site.

Remove credentials and unrelated personal or confidential content before sending screenshots, diagnostics, logs, packages, or copied error messages.

Do not send these in a ticket.

  • WordPress, hosting, database, SFTP, or email passwords.
  • OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or other provider API keys.
  • Complete license keys, payment-card data, or unrelated billing records.
  • Full database exports or backups unless a safe transfer is specifically requested.
  • Private client content that is not required to demonstrate the StagLingo issue.
Support FAQ

Common questions before contacting support.

For product capabilities and pricing, also review StagLingo Free vs Premium.

How do Free users contact support?

Free users can email hello@stagatlast.com or use the email builder on this page. Free requests are handled on a best-effort basis and do not have a guaranteed response time.

Where should an active Premium customer open a ticket?

Sign in at My Account with the purchase email and open the Support area. This is the preferred route because the ticket remains connected to the product and license.

Does the one-day target mean the issue will be fixed in one day?

No. The target applies to the first response to an eligible Premium request. Reproduction, testing, third-party confirmation, or a plugin update may take longer.

What happens to support when a Premium license expires?

New Premium support tickets are no longer accepted. An existing open ticket may continue, Free functionality remains available, and translations already stored by TranslatePress are not deleted.

Can support configure TranslatePress, WordPress, hosting, or an AI provider?

No. Support is limited to StagLingo-related behavior. It may help determine whether StagLingo is involved in an interaction, but it does not replace support for WordPress, TranslatePress, hosting, AI providers, themes, or other plugins.

Can I send API keys or an administrator password?

No. Do not include passwords, API keys, complete license keys, payment data, or unrelated confidential information. If additional controlled access is ever required, wait for specific instructions.

Where do I manage downloads, licenses, invoices, and cancellations?

Use the StagLingo My Account portal to manage downloads, active websites, license movement, invoices, payment methods, renewals, and cancellations.

How do refunds work?

StagLingo provides a 7-day refund policy subject to its stated conditions. Read the complete Refund Policy before submitting a refund request.
